In this week’s class, we will learn to solve problems logically and creatively.
HR1
At the beginning of the class, the teacher told us about an artist named Yayoi Kusama. This is a Japanese artist. I have seen many of her works, which are composed of a pumpkin, dots of different shapes and sizes, and different colors. This artist seems to have a special situation that makes her see the world like this. But I like her art works very much. I think it has a sense of commercial art. Then she introduced us to one of her works. Everything in a space is white. The tables, chairs and some lights are all white. Then everyone who comes to visit this space can use colored pens to add some dots of different colors to this space. It is a bit similar to the interaction in our last class. But the finished product of this work is very amazing. I like this work very much.

I like this work very much.
This is also a work of this artist called mirror room. Just like the name, there is glass on all sides and the lights inside, which looks like a galaxy.Next, the teacher also talked about some cases about some pixel-style pictures and some renderings.
HR2
In the second hour, the teacher asked us to tell a story in the simplest way, any story could be described with colored pencils. I drew some scenes on my way to school, the story of the tortoise and the hare, and the process of making a hamburger(haven’t finish yet).

The next activity was to use some shapes such as circles, triangles, and squares to draw an ice cream and an object. I drew an ice cream and a French fry.

In conclusion, this class has seen a lot of things about logical ability and creativity. I hope I can learn more similar things and apply them to my creations.
