In the third week of class, the teacher taught us how to make some interesting GIFs with some sliding originals and sound effects. In the class, the teacher’s case is a white cat. After sliding the pulley on it with the mouse, the sunglasses will come in from the outside of the picture and then be put on the cat’s glasses. All this can be controlled by oneself. It’s very interesting. Because I saw this case, I thought that there are many memes similar to this one. You put a pair of sunglasses over an animal’s eyes like this and you put them to music. I’ve got some ideas of my own. I want to put sunglasses and smoke on a monkey’s eyes and mouth and play some really cool music.

Based on what I learned in class, I already had some ideas in my head. I found a picture of a monkey on the Internet and inserted the picture into p5js as the teacher showed. After some thought I added smoke to the monkey’s mouth. The smoke moves sideways according to the pulley. I’ve also programmed the music to play when it reaches the monkey’s eyes and mouth. I also tried to go from gray and then when the props went to the corresponding position, the color of the whole picture changed to color. During the production process, I found it difficult to constantly adjust some of the positions and sizes of props. Also, the file format of the image must be png to make the background transparent. My production process is to first make sunglasses, then add smoke, then interact the color of the background to edit, and finally add the effect of music, which is a very radical attempt.When I do this job, I always look forward to it. Because if you can produce the effect you want, it is a very satisfying thing. I’m really looking forward to what I can do.So I spent a lot of time researching and creating this interaction.In the end I made my interactive effects and also added music and smoke to it.

Summerise: This is a very interesting experiment. Use techniques to create interesting interactions. This work is a good work, although it seems very simple, in fact, the technology required is quite complicated for me. I was very excited and happy to make the interaction I wanted. This gives me a great sense of accomplishment. Most of my problems have been solved. What I want to do next is how to use some existing technologies to combine with some technologies I will learn in the future to carry out some combination for secondary creation. This is something I need to think about.
