This week we learned how to manage our time and give ourselves time to plan. Every day, every week, and every month. This lecture also talks about short term goals and long term goals. Setting goals for yourself can make you more motivated to complete things and projects.We thought about our plans for this semester in terms of academic, social and physical health.This is really important for life. Having a planned study is essential.

In the class, I set up some short-term plans including. Study for two hours every day, watch an hour of programming tutorial videos every day, call my family twice a week, organize a party with my classmates every week, join a basketball club once a week, increase my weight to 75kg by January, go to the gym four times a week and other goals (I wrote in the draft book in class).In this activity, we can customize different plans and goals for ourselves through hard thinking, so that our lives will become less confused. You can use some of the scattered time to do something meaningful. In this activity, I set goals to make myself more motivated to complete some of the tasks that I want to accomplish and want to accomplish. This can greatly improve our work efficiency.This activity is very meaningful to me
Hr2-Criticize/play

In the second hour, we used some apps and customized task websites to list our schedule for the rest of the day. In class, I made some time plans for the next 6 days. When making a schedule, it is important to distinguish between what is important and what is not. There has to be a before and after. Schedule more time to do the important things, and then some things that are not so important can spend scattered time to fill in. This sub-schedule is very reasonable and easy to implement. When I was organizing my schedule, I found that many things could not be arranged because there were too many things to do, so it was very important to use some small time.
Summary: In this class, I learned how to arrange my time and arrange the things to be done at the right time. Time is precious. It takes time to get things done. Therefore, it is an essential part of life to arrange all aspects of study, social interaction and physical health. People who manage their time well are sure to make a difference.
